It’s just feudal letting out homes that are EPC F and G…it’s also illegal and has been since 2020.
These homes were built in feudal times and the situation has never changed.
It’s bad enough that private landlords aren’t subject to the stringent rules that social landlords are (Decent Homes Standard and Awaab’s Law)…but it stinks that royal lettings are even worse.
