I went through the DROP signup last week. Cory Doctorow (npub1fdr…lvhs) is right: the process is insanely convoluted and I already *have* an ID.me account.
I'm grateful to live in a state that's making an effort, but of all places, why is the home of silicon valley doing so poorly to protect its citizens with a process that's got sign up failure built in?
