Login with a NIP-07 extension on the website, go to your booth, check out the edit functionality, and let me know if you have any questions.
I see you have the product listed via NIP-99 already. You can import that and modify any other booth info (e.g. description).
After everything looks good, make sure to save your booth config back to Nostr, or to a file at least. I guess this is the important part since it saves your work between server restarts.
