Do to the nature of the business my wife and I own, we are personally profiting from this activity. However, I think the pace is too fast. The rate of occupancy of the warehouses is diminishing, even while building procedes at a fast clip.
Also, I don't think the drain on the power grid is being considered carefully enough. Each data center is analyzed and approved, but I don't see anything regarding the total increase from all of them. It's seems like a bubble but in the meantime, nice $.
