As mentioned in the release notes:
"includes also the OpenBSD 7.9 errata 002 and 015 (all the
ones released as of today.)"
Which (to do the legwork of checking https://www.openbsd.org/errata79.html for you) means:
"002: RELIABILITY FIX: June 2, 2026 All architectures
Fixes for a variety of crashing bugs in smtpd(8)."
"015: SECURITY FIX: September 14, 2026 All architectures
In smtpd(8) a custom MDA could execute arbitrary code as an unprivileged recipient user."
