Deploying weapons of mass deception was a big part of everything in Washington.. Every open contract has RFP set time for bid submission before 5pm Friday..
Every procurement office had time stamp device like postmark machine.. bidders linger in the hall on final day to see who competitors are as time honored tradition is to work the bid to last minute Friday..
My manager was former Vietnam covert ops always up for schooling us in head games.. one tight bid raced in w huge binder box minutes after submission window closed & were mocked by reps who had delivered bids before 5pm but we had delivered Thursday..
The box rushed in at 5:05 was empty & we were factored out of competitor bidding.. head fake won the contract.. old Capitol Hill adage true again "An ounce of facade is worth a pound of substance."
Swimming in a swamp of it does make one paranoid and fosters duplicitous scheming as job skills that ethically drove me out of DC but training still serves me well and believe everyone needs some awareness for propaganda & spin self defense..
June-July 2023 Jay was in peak Scooby mode 5th Generation Warfare is just liars & lies..
