BREAKING NEWS
The Romanian Intelligence Service (SRI) has linked the September 14 fire at the Carfil industrial platform in Brașov, near a state-owned arms plant, to a Russian-coordinated sabotage network.
European arrest warrants have been issued for three suspects (two Belarusians and one Ukrainian). Two were detained in Germany while preparing similar acts. The third was located in Poland.
The network had a broader list of military and industrial targets across the region.
