The initiative would force EVERY girl in Washington state to submit to a physical examination to make certain they are "properly" female. How is that not state-sanctioned rape?

I'd like to throw everyone who proposed and supported it monetarily out of the state - and have them investigated for sexual misconduct. I'd bet there is something to find there.
