I've just remembered something someone said to me yesterday while their partner was in the wool store looking at yarn. And it has annoyed me all over again.
I explain what is available and then leave folk to browse, and go back to my workshop next door to continue dyeing, weaving etc. Yesterday it was an admin day so I was on my laptop.
The chap came to the door and put his head in and said "ah so you're in here pretending to work are you?"
I was too taken aback to respond appropriately.
