🚨 The JURI Committee has adopted the INI report on copyright & generative AI, but the outcome still leaves legal uncertainty for researchers and public-interest AI developers.
We’re particularly concerned about overly broad language on press & news media content that could exclude it from TDM exceptions.
The plenary vote is in March. MEPs need to fix these issues in the meantime.
