I was thinking about the invisible war we are in, and I realized something terrifying but confirming: These agencies and psychological operations have figured out how to create trauma hooks. They attach directly to our unhealed wounds.

They know that if your nervous system is stuck in trauma, you are controllable. So the media, the algorithms, and the corrupt systems are designed to constantly trigger your fear, your rage, and your insecurities. They tug on the hook to keep you exhausted and compliant.

But here is the truth: They can only hook what is unhealed.

When you heal the root, the hook has nothing to grab onto. When you decode the emotion before it takes over, you break the trauma bond. When you renew your mind, you become unhookable.
