We need to either return to a pre-bot/AI internet, or flee to create a new one. Call me naive, but back in the 1990s I was under the impression that the internet's destiny was to be an unprecedented, open knowledge resource that benefitted humanity. Instead it has become the unreliable puppet of grabby little men.
