[Per Microsoft](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/when-secure-boot-certificates-expire-on-windows-devices-c83b6afd-a2b6-43c6-938e-57046c80c1c2 ), this is **not** expected behavior. What will happen is the machine will simply not get some future updates.

I suspect this is the result of a botched update, not expired certs.
