Day 8 cont
Probably this evening I will pick up some groceries for breaking my fast. I have to feed my starter today and will probably make another sourdough pancake. Or bread. last night I wanted to eat very badly. Mostly because I’m bored with not eating now but today there is a renewed sense of “can do“ this is the weird thing about fasting.
