We had some that were green before, before it turns orange, she cooked it with some vegetables and it was good. We hadnt had it when it was orange yet though. Very delicious, sweet but not overwhelmingly so. To the right of the concrete cylinder in the photo below are two flower sprouts growing, that's where their resting places are. So yea I have pretty much been crying sporadically all day lol
