I don't think it's edible. I could google it, I suppose. I have thinned it out once, and moved some to heavier shade. I'll probably do that again in the fall. That photo I included is just a generic wild ginger photo, not mine. I'll have to take a photo of mine and post it. Then you can see the wild strawberries.
