Uh, this was *always* true, Dark Reading. Phishing training was *always* disproportionately punishing the victim by ineffectively treating the symptom instead of tackling the root cause.
The goal was always to make the controls render natural user behavior less harmful.
AI only speeds up the impact of not having been fixing the problem at the right level all along.
