No, while the buck stops with the surgeon the other people in the operating theater (and outside it) are also individually responsible. With an AI coding tool the "surgeon" has all the responsibility. With non-AI tools there can even be defects and bugs that you can blame others for but not with the AI tool. That's always on the person wielding it.
