Node runners should consider moving onto something else that's harder to capture.

They could help add more decentralisation to an existing crypto that actually stays true to the idea of 2p2 digital cash.

There's already been plenty of forks in the past. BCH being the strongest of them and the only Bitcoin fork I know of that actually gets used as 2p2 currency.

You don't need specialised hardware to mine or run a monero node so that's not a good alternative for people that have already invested their money into hardware but its a great alternative if you want usable 2p2 digital cash.

Try to be open minded, toxic maximulism that "Number go up forever everything else is a shitcoin" mentality, it's part of the reason we're in this position
