Yeah. Im pretty sure the Wright Brothers launched their plain without ever wondering about that. HR Giger, Anton Levey, and Aliester Crowley made detailed diagrams of the process though. But it was lost in the large-scale fires of that time caused by burning bras of 1st, 2nd, and 8th wave feminism.
