What I want: A goddamned Unix workstation. I really do like my MacBook Air. When it's off desk, which isn't that often, it's the fantasy laptop I dreamed of when holding 10kg brick luggables back in the day. On desk, it's a nice workstation with my clicky keyboard & mouse docked.
MacOS, despite the Tahoe UI fiasco, is still pretty kick-ass, better than any other Unix I've ever had in 40 years of using Unix.
Focus on shit that works, please!
