Reading toots about music, art and experiences related to the decades since I was born.
Obvious to me now is that many people perceive with greatest fondness the years between their pre-teens and early-twenties in particular. Not of course for those that had a rotten time due to 'stuff'.
So for me roughly 1967 to 1979 seemed great, full of great music and great music discovery. Not that life was without hard stuff too.
1980s were 'endured' for me in most ways, cultural and political.
