Question for Plex users with an Apple TV 4K. Do you (or your users) have to force transcoding to 1080p because the player complains about Internet speeds being too slow? There's a compatibility problem with HEVC content, but specifically 4K, probably DV but there should be fallback to HDR.
If yes or no, what model is the ATV? Trying to figure out the problematic ones.
The 2nd Gen A2169 definitely suffers from this issue
