Ok this one is slightly cheating...
Natsukan-tō (夏柑糖) are made from whole natsumikan.
A hole is cut in the top so the fruit & pulp can be carefully scooped out.
Agar & sugar are added to the squeezed out juice to make a smooth, clear jelly, which is then poured back into the natsumikan as dish!😋
