This is the plan for the accessible garden that I designed and built last year, with aisles wide enough for a wheelchair or walker, and most of the garden easily reachable while kneeling on the edge.. Most of it is in full sun, but the northeast corner (top left) has partial filtered shade, which is better for growing greens.
