More and more I'm feeling the need to unplug, to get off social media completely and off the Internet as much as is possible and still pay my bills, etc. I've been remembering life before the Internet and time spent having to use my brain more, time with fewer intentional distractions, time to myself, with others, with books, doing art, etc. I waste so much time and I think I'm getting dumber. I feel like I could use a good detox and resetting.
