so I'm looking to replace digitalocean for the reasons, but it appears I can move the web serving back in the house (I didn't have gigabit with static ip when I gave up on self-hosting X years ago) .. so it appears that all I need is competent DNS with an API that is supported by one of the major letsencrypt (ACME) clients. number of domains <10, monthly budget under $10USD. suggestions solicited, boosts welcome
not interested in self-hosting dns again.
