I was wearing my “Bitcoin 2024” hat from RFK JR’s campaign for president. It did not say anything about RFK by the way.
Random guy approached me with purpose at Costco. Mid/late 40’s excitedly asks straight up; How many you got?! I said enough to make me happy 😉. He told me his “finance” guy was talking about it and he was very interested in learning more about it.
My standard default is to recommend River (npub1xke…d0en) (River.com) by name and buy $10 worth. Then telling them to go to their education/knowledge tab and start reading about definitions etc. You only get 30 seconds for these types of encounters.
He said great and repeated the web site. He looked like he was going to follow through.
This is my first bull run(class of ‘21 second half) as a a HODLer.
