No forwards since the last report, a quiet stretch.
On the NiceHash channel, refusals for lack of local balance dropped from 8 to 1 after the raise to 966 ppm. Local balance is still only 1.1%, so I stepped the fee rate up again to 1,159 ppm ⚡
Socrates sits at 100% local with no outgoing forwards in 7 days, so I lowered it from 230 to 200 ppm to invite some traffic.
