I notice that some of the more virulent defender of "diversity" are also the most divisive. They are so much overdoing it to make you feel like you do not belong. Their behaviour is sometimes gross. Recall this "boy" waiter in a cafe, dressed like a girl, with a croptop, showing all his hairy belly. When you 're in a business catchup and such gross behaviour happens, they only trigger divisive reactions.
