Something I don't understand if this is simply AGP: They don't look "sexy" at ALL so how is that supposed to satisfy their AGP?
Might it just be autism instead? AFAIK autistic people sometimes fall into "rigid patterns of thinking" so perhaps a male person with autism "learns" something about how "cis men" are supposed to feel, takes it very literally and treats it like dogma, and then concludes "I must not be a cis man then" because they don't feel that way.
It could also be a combination of autism and AGP I guess, where perhaps their autism makes them unaware of how unsexy they look, because in some people it seems to manifest as a lack of self awareness.
Given how mushy and variable human psychology is, I'd guess that all three categories exist (AGP, autism, both) and probably many more.
