I'm no expert - but the nixta matches well with the Ancho Reyes in the vegetal-ness - (spice/heat aside). I love jungle birds - I was reminded of that and the hit of blackstrap there, in the old fashioned. Daresay something like that (without the blackstrap) - maybe even tequila based or mixed.
