Ok, I really need to get off the communal catastrophizing wagon for a while.
Yes, there's lots of bad shit happening in the world, but honestly, when has that ever not been the case? And yes, it's important that shit is documented, as part of our evidence base for coming up with solutions. But that doesn't mean I need to relentlessly browse it all.
I need to stop and smell the roses more and focus more on solutions I can be part of, or just stuff that lifts me up. I'm allowed!
