"content": "Happy to spot one of these little jewels in the garden this evening. \n\nIt's a cuckoo wasp in the family Chrysididae, often in bright metallic colours due to light interference effects. \n\nThere are over 3000 species \u0026 many in this emerald-green \u0026 ruby-red scheme, so making an exact ID from a photo is challenging. \n\n#Heidelberg 🏰\n#Photography 📷️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️\n#BugOfTheDay 🐞\n#MacroPhotography 🔬\n#InsectsOfMastodon 🪰\n#BackGardenEntomology 🪲\nhttps://files.mastodon.social/media_attachments/files/116/755/584/216/139/771/original/92c9b0a17ab43112.jpg\n",
