Oh that looks so good! I do admit I'm trying to hide eggs in everything at the moment. I only have a dozen chooks, and some of them are about 8 years old but still laying in spring, which means I am getting 6- 10 eggs a day. I'd be considering pasta for this menu except for the gluten and dairy free person. I'm not as confident as you with Indian cooking.
