So, I’ve been wanting very much to attempt to get my foot in the door when it comes to getting a job. I’m currently studying and have what the Americans and British call the #summer #holiday. I'm an audio engineering student, but not a musician. I signed up to #upwork to try #freelancing, but I'm way too impatient for that it seems, since none of my applications have been accepted. This message probably sounds a bit more winey than what I intended, and for that I sincerely apologise. I'm just super frustrated at having so much time on my hands and not actively making an income. It's not that I'm not productive, but I feel this time would be great for attempting to establish a lasting career. It's been suggested to me to try #Linkedin, but the whole idea scares me. The idea of using an online platform to find a job when I've got no idea how any of this job stuff works. Does anyone have any advice? #job #blind #work #freelancing #audio
