I see two ways that should work.
[1] Accepting the exception. Make sure the "make it permanent" box is checked. I'm not sure that latter step was done from the screenshots.
[2] Install the cert in your OS (method varies by OS) and then use about:config & set security.enterprise_roots.enabled to true. Do a restart to enable that change.
The second way makes can allow other apps to use that cert as well.
