Can one FOIA a Federal agency's database structure?
I found out what the underlying tech stack for PubMed is. It's on MongoDB + Solr + Django. Which implies that they cooked up a homebrew solution. Can I FOIA their configs/custom code/asset model?
(I've never worked with a noSQL. What do they call the equivalent of an dump of the db structure in noSQL-land?)
