Have you ever listened to an audiobook where the reader had a good voice, but not the 'right' voice?
I love audiobooks. I've been getting them from the library since the days when I had to go there and pick up a set of cassettes (now of course it's just tap-tap).
I pay a LOT of attention to narration (as I'm always trying to build my own skills) and a voice that doesn't fit the story is a DNF waiting to happen. Audio can open up a wider market...only with the right voice.
