An unfortunate accident due to the surge of AI is that i have started to get bombarded by random github notifications, all from random AI projects that i have no idea about.
I was very curious why this was happening, for the life of me i couldn't guess... so i decided to go and take a look. and turns out because of the model context size or some other garbage, they keep referring to 256k as a value. like, two hundred and fifty six thousand.
so they'll say things like, oh this model is at 256k (npub1mqr…arfp) and it would end up tagging me.
It's become quite intense and it's pissing me off so much.
I could just turn off email notifications but just the idea that i am being tagged in all those repo comments is not something i'm very keen on.
I don't want to change my username because fuck them and their fucking garbage autocomplete i should not have to alter my identity that's literally the whole point.
I don't know what else to do... any thoughts?
