woodland creature (nprofile…qcrj) georgia (nprofile…zqs9) most of what i was using were nicer unsaturated fats (extra virgin olive oil), and butter. i dont use much seed oils outside of coating a pan in vegetable oil (due to its high smoke point) with just enough to thinly coat the pan and nothing more, to panfry a steak (that is mostly basting in butter). main saturated fat i have is butter (and id use stick butter over spread, but im often limited towards lower grade butter due to tight budget (most of my want expenses are on credit, of which i buy about 100$ worth of credit a month and pay it off)
