I like the idea of micropayments over Lightning but I don’t think we’ve hit the sweet spot. In Fountain, I paid a 50% fee to stream sats for TWIB. Compare this to a 2 sat fee using ecash from Zeus to boost.jupiter.com. It most likely due to the split.
Fountain should consider finding a way to lower streaming fees. They are just too expensive.
