Helped a senior move a Palm device(!) -- and Palm Desktop 4.x and HotSync -- from a Windows 10 system to Windows 11. Turns out no one makes a modern driver (compatible with Microsoft's stricter driver security requirements) for the original USB-to-Palm cable. But if your Palm has Bluetooth, you can set that up for syncing with a modern driver built into Windows (virtual COM port). Up and running!
