If you've read orgs are running around working at machine speed with automated patching to fight AI with AI, yeah... no.
A vast majority of orgs aren't doing that. And they don't need to. And it wouldn't be practical for most orgs too.
The problem has been massively overstated in an effort to sell things and secure budget.
