Oh and unfollow is kind of a trick, you need to guess which message was the cause of the unfollow and apply it to the correct real ID. Since temp IDs are being recycled so as not to freak out the receiving instance, it's possible that someone hits unfollow on one thread but actually there was a newer thread where that temp ID was used again for a different user and the unfollow gets mapped incorrectly... Such Is Life...
