I have read / do own / have enjoyed that particular book, and others by KSR… but I’ve also read some very good critique about the casual sexism (several characters across books spring to mind) and his overtly white-saviour perspective (privileged people in Zurich go for hikes while the actions of the climate revolutionaries barely get mentioned, other than for main characters to mull over).
