What'll work in 20 years?
What do you store on a harddrive?
What should the Internet Archive bot see and snapshot?
What can your users definitely upload/send/remix in any desktop app, video editing, photo editor, and upload to any online service (eg socials, email, webshop, blog, issue tracker, messaging apps).
What can they download, save normally to camera roll, add to an album, use as wallpaper/avatar.
It ain't WebP.
