I almost gave a response to them where I explained what they were getting wrong about my position, but then I realized they clearly didn't care, so that would be a waste of my effort.

I'm not terribly personally bothered by random hostile responses at this point, but it can be very distressing to have someone show up to tell you a bunch of lies about you & what you believe, so I wish this person a very merry Chill the Fuck Out, because this way of interacting with people isn't harmless.
