If all the correct information is the numbers, then use the numbers. Table perhaps. But don't use the bars, if they are wrong. All information the bars have, is their relative length. If that is wrong, they don't contribute anything positive, just misinformation.

If the information / message is important, using misleading and wrong information to back it does harm to the cause.
