I think we should be researching it and not actually implement it at a large scale until other things are already underway to greatly reduce emissions, like carbon fee and dividend and a global messmer plan to increase the nuclear energy capacity by 10x. I'm particularly interested in Philip Mason's research around sodium-potassium alloy.

Currently it's illegal in many countries to even research it, I don't agree with that. Legalize aerosol research!
